基于“互联网+中医药”的人工体外胰腺设备构建研究

摘要:

随着糖尿病成为一项全球性的健康问题,传统的管理方法在个体化治疗和持续监测方面面临挑战。研究在梳理目前人工体外胰腺设备所用的自动胰岛素输注系统的基础上,提出结合人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI)舌诊及体质辨识系统、个性化中医药干预系统构建基于“互联网+中医药”的人工体外胰腺设备,着力于通过结合先进的技术和中医药理论,实现精准的血糖控制,并为糖尿病患者提供个性化中医药干预建议。该设备将目前已有的混合闭环胰岛素输注系统为基础,按照图像数据获取、图像预处理、图像分割、中医诊疗算法集成、预判模型训练等流程,构建AI舌诊及体质辨识系统和个性化中医药干预系统,实现设备下的三系统联动,期望为构建具有中医药特色的人工体外胰腺设备提供思路,进一步促进中医药智能化的应用与发展。

Abstract:

As diabetes mellitus has become a global health problem, traditional management methods face challenges in individualised treatment and continuous monitoring. In this study, on the basis of the automatic insulin infusion system used in the current artificial extracorporeal pancreas device, it proposes to construct an artificial extracorporeal pancreas device based on “Internet+traditional Chinese medicine” by combining the AI tongue diagnosis and constitution recognition system and personalised traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) intervention system, and it focuses on the combination of advanced technology and TCM theory to achieve accurate glucose control and provide personalised TCM intervention suggestions for diabetic patients. Based on the existing hybrid closed-loop insulin infusion system, the device will construct an AI tongue diagnosis and constitution recognition system and a personalised TCM intervention system in accordance with the processes of image data acquisition, image pre-processing, image segmentation, TCM diagnosis and treatment algorithm integration, and prognostic model training, so as to realize the linkage of the three systems under the device. This study is expected to provide ideas for the construction of artificial extracorporeal pancreatic devices with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, and further promote the application and development of intelligent Chinese medicine.
