目的:研究生骨胶囊对骨折的治疗作用,并对其作用机理作初步探讨。方法:在大鼠股骨中下段1/3交界处造成其骨折,连续给药,分别于给药后10、20及30天测定骨折处矿物密度,病理组织学分析骨折部位修复组织软骨化及骨化的程度,同时研究其血小板、血浆黏度等血液流变学指标。结果:连续给予生骨胶囊10、20及30天后,生骨胶囊组的骨密度增加,与模型组比较有显著性差异;病理组织学结果显示,损伤后骨组织于10、20及30天给药组的组织学形态都有所增生修复,并且骨化程度较好;给药后生骨胶囊可以抑制血小板的聚集性,对全血黏度及血浆黏度无影响。结论生骨胶囊可以加快骨矿沉积速率,提高骨密度,促进大鼠骨损伤的愈合。
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence of Shenggu capsule on the catagmatic rats.Methods:The fracture model of rat was got by scratching the point of the radius.The bone mineral density was determined after given Shenggu capsule for 10,20 and 30 days,the hemorheology and recovery extent of fracture bone in histology were studied at same time.Results:Compared with the control,the bone mineral density of Shenggu group increased significantly after 10-,20-and 30-day treatment.The changes of histology in Shenggu group were improved at the same time.But there were no significant difference between Shenggu group and the control in hemorheology of serum on rats.Conclusions:Shenggu capsule can improve and accelerate fracture healing in the catagmatic rats.
