通过对研究吞咽障碍预后的国内外相关文献进行总结和分析,来探讨卒中后吞咽障碍的康复预后及其影响因素。结果提示认知障碍、年龄、日常生活能力、受教育程度、病情严重程度、失语等为影响吞咽障碍康复的主要因素。饮水试验和改良的BI指数对判断吞咽障碍预后有一定意义。吞咽障碍康复治疗是改善吞咽障碍预后的唯一有效措施,早期康复训练可以取得更为显著的临床效果。
Abstract：To investigate the rehabilitation prognosis of handicapped deglutition and the influential factors,we have summarized and analyzed pertinent literature of handicapped deglutition.The result shows that cognitive handicap,age,activity of daily living,education,patient's condition,aphasia are main factors effecting the rehabilitation of handicapped deglutition.Drinking test and barthel index may show some help to judge the prognoses.Rrehabilitative treatment is the only measure in force which can improve the swallowing function,early rehabilitation can get conspicuous clinical result.
