目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤联合艾灸在老年腰椎间盘突出患者中的应用及疗效。方法:老年腰椎间盘突出患者154例,遵循随机分配原则将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各77例。对照组给予艾灸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予身痛逐瘀汤,疗程各为8周。观察比较两组患者的临床症状、骨密度指标变化。结果:两组均有治疗效果,观察组有效率(92.2%)明显优于对照组(85.7%)。观察组治疗前后骨密度值有明显提高,差异具有统计学意义P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后骨密度值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用身痛逐瘀汤联合艾灸治疗老年腰椎间盘突出症可取得较满意的临床疗效,提高患者满意度和生活质量,值得在临床推广。
Abstract：Objective:To observe the application and efficacy of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with moxibustion in elderly patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:A total of 154 elderly patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of random distribution, with 77 cases in each group. The control group was treated with moxibustion. The observation group was treated with moxibustion on the basis of moxibustion. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. We observed and compared the clinical symptoms and changes of bone mineral density in the two groups.Results:There were therapeutic effects in both groups. The observation group's efficiency(92.2%) was significantly better than the control group's(85.7%). Bone mineral density was significantly increased in the observation group before and after treatment(P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in bone mineral density between the control group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with moxibustion for the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in elderly patients can achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy, improve patient satisfaction and quality of life, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
