基于肠道菌群、脑肠轴以及相互作用关系,梳理两者对便秘的影响,探讨便秘机理。以期能将先进的医疗理念和手段(如肠道微生态制剂)与祖国传统中医药相结合,为临床治疗便秘提供新思路,促进中医药的现代化发展。
Abstract:Based on the interaction between gut microbiota and brain axis, the effects of both on constipation were combed and the mechanism of constipation was explored. In order to combine advanced medical concepts and means(such as intestinal microecological preparations) with traditional Chinese medicine, it would provide new ideas for clinical treatment of constipation and promote the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
